WE
ARE
INTEGRATING

the historical varieties of Navarre into the vineyard, to achieve a fluent and elegant wine style; designed to be enjoyed.

As if it were a return to the origin, one of our challenges focuses on experimenting with ancestral production techniques.

In this sense, we have opened a research line that focuses on ageing wine with clay amphoras in order to provide the wine with oxygen, not including wood aromas that tend to homogenise the wine.

On the other hand, our objective is to integrate the historical varieties of Navarre into the vineyard, to achieve a fluent and elegant wine style, designed to be enjoyed.

As part of this project, 7 hectares of red Grenache and 2 hectares of white Grenache have been re-grafted, and we are collaborating in a project with EVENA (Navarre Viticulture and Oenology Research Station). The aim of the project, singular Navarre stocks, is to compile stocks from the viticultural regions of Navarre and carefully preserve them for possible distribution.
